If you watch the ball better than this ...please call me immediately because I will pay to enter you into Wimbledon! Look closely how Federer watches the ball all the way into the racket, but wait... he keeps his head still during the stroke. That's the key. Most people move their head just prior to striking the ball.
Try this drill...hit 10 forehands keeping your head still until your swinging arm touches your chin. Or try hitting 10 balls fed to you without watching where they go after you hit them. Now you know what it's like to be Federer (not really). An interesting fact by the way is that entry into Wimbledon is actually free ...getting in is the problem.
